What: Stretching, foam rolling, improving mobility, strengthening of core, hips, legs, back
When: Tuesdays, February 4, 11, 18 & 25 from 6pm - 7pm

Why: For 20 years Kerry has treated patients with lower back pain. The one common thread with all of them no matter what their activity, sport, or level of competition....they all lack the most basic foundation of core activation, stabilization, and strength.
