Have you ever felt discouraged after a strength training injury? Have you been too intimidated or overwhelmed to try lifting weights? Do you want to prevent injury and maintain fitness for life?

Come learn how to safely increase strength with Delaney! 

Twice per week, these part-education, part-fitness classes will give you the tools to supplement your current routine with strength training. Behind every spot or recreational activity are muscles hard at work -- all it takes is a strength workout twice a week to maintain and improve muscle fitness! We will go over correct form, a basic upper body and lower body circuit, and tips for progressing over time.

Beginners are welcome, this class is designed to meet you where you're at and give you the tools to incorporate strength training into your life. 

When:  Tuesday/Thursday mornings from 7am - 8am with Delaney Stone-Kerr
