Build strength, stability, and flexibility using your own body weight. Be sure you have enough space to move freely, and a yoga mat or large towels.

Don’t have straps? If you are on carpet, use paper plates, and if you are on hard woods, use towels! Modifications will be provided throughout class to ensure you can exercise safe and effectively. (See the video below for a couple ideas OR contact Prime to rent a TRX setup.)



Can’t make it to the early time slot? Take the class anytime your schedule allows over the next 7 days. I hope to see you there!

Please be sure to check the schedule and reserve your space if you plan on attending.  Class will be cancelled if no one is registered by 9pm the night before class.
