New to TRX? This class is designed to educate students on how to properly use the TRX as a tool for fitness. Students can expect to learn: strap adjusting, body position, good form, and the terminology that is commonly used during TRX classes. Students will leave feeling confident using the TRX straps and are encouraged to try new TRX formats. Yes, you'll still get a workout! Not new to TRX, but have questions or want to learn more about this amazing workout? Join us!

CLIENT CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Due to the limited number of spaces in our TRX Class, we are asking for your help.  If you cannot attend, please cancel your class registration 24 hours or more before class time.  If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, or do not show for your class, you will be asked to pay for your missed class.
