TRX Strength - drop into any class that fits your schedule. 

Monday/Friday @ 5:30am
Wednesday @ 5:45pm, alternating every other week with TRX Basics*

This class offers the traditional TRX workout. Expect to shape and condition your muscles with controlled, precise motions using your own body weight and body position to determine how intense your workout becomes. Worried you won't sweat enough? We've got you covered! There's a small cardio component that is sure to get you burning extra calories! This class is great for all levels of TRX enthusiasts.

CLIENT CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Due to the limited number of spaces in our TRX Class, we are asking for your help.  If you cannot attend, please cancel your class registration 24 hours or more before class time.  If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, or do not show for your class, you will be asked to pay for your missed class.

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY: 
Please be sure to check the schedule and reserve your space if you plan on attending.  Morning classes will be cancelled if no one is registered by 10pm the night before class.
