30 minutes of active stretching + 30 minutes of restorative yoga poses
The first half of class we'll flow through more active yoga postures. The second half of class will be a blend of restorative yoga, supported twists, and relaxation.
This is a great yoga class to help you work out stress from the week and get you ready for the weekend!
Prerequisites:
Beginners are welcome without acute injuries.
More advanced yogis can try more creative & challenging variations.
