Kerry and Aidan will lead a progressive class (Levels 1 & 2) that will take you through the most effective ways to bulletproof your trunk, activating and building stability through the hips, core, and back. These are "go-to" exercises you can use now, and forever.

For: Anyone who feels vulnerable to back pain and wants to prevent a low back injury.
What: Stretching, foam rolling, improving mobility, strengthening of core, hips, legs, back

Thursday evenings, 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Level 1: April 25th, May 2nd, 9th & 23rd
Level 2: May 30th, June 6th, 20th, and 27th

Why: For years Prime has treated patients with lower back pain. The one common thread with all of them no matter what their activity, sport, or level of competition....they all lack the most basic foundation of core activation, stabilization, and strength.
